Adult Dance Classes &
Private Lessons
Bring a partner or come solo and we’ll teach you how to waltz, two step, swing, and more! We run a robust partner dance and solo dance schedule, with styles including ballroom, country, swing, ballet, tap, and jazz.
Group classes are the best place to make new friends and learn to dance, while private lessons are perfect for specific goals, flexible scheduling, tailored instruction, and date nights. Whether you have regular feet or two left feet ;) we can’t wait to dance with you!
Fitness Classes
Come reach your fitness goals and have a great time while you do it! Our fitness classes include barre, yoga, pilates, cardio, and personal training.
Whether you’re new to working out or have been working out for years, our fitness classes are the small group, boutique style environment you’ve been looking for. You’ll enter class looking for excellent instruction, and you’ll leave with sore muscles, real results, new friends, and a smile.
Kids & Youth Program
Build confidence, make friends, and learn skills for life through our kids & youth dance program. Students can take classes in ballet, ballroom, tap, jazz, lyrical, and pom, and will have several opportunities to perform throughout the year.
Classes are for ages 2+ and are open for enrollment year-round. We are kid-friendly and run developmentally appropriate classes that your kid will be begging to come back to.

Hi! We’re Derek & Skylar, the owners of White Mountain Dance Studio. We’re a husband and wife team that fell in love dancing & now we’re ready to share the magic of dance & movement with you!
